'Inspired by Stamping' July Sneak Peeks!

This is my second post for today.  To see my Creative Inspirations Paints
project, please scroll down one post.

Yay!  It's time for Sneak Peeks of the fabulous July releases ('July'?  Where has the time gone??) at Inspired By Stamping! (this post is photo-heavy; just saying!)

If you like the sound of FREE shipping (limited time only!) and BLOG CANDY, then please check out the end of this post.  :-)

Up first:  a tea party scene for you, using Delicate Doilies II and Tea Party.....

I had so much fun paper-piecing this tea set!  These pretty little flowers are available in the Inspired By Stamping store, too.

The sentiment is just so sweet, isn't it?  I used a Delicate Doilies II border for the bottom of the interior of the card.

Next up:  a Tea Box, the perfect size for filling with some special blends.  Once again, I used Tea Party to help set the tone for the gift.

This box started life as a plain, unadorned kraft box.  I wiped it first with Very Vanilla craft ink, then with Whispering White craft ink to give it a subtle, mottled appearance.

I paper-pieced the beautiful tea pot with some paper from Basic Grey's Wassail.

The sentiment is from the same set, also, and the pretty flower can be found HERE at the IBS store.

I dyed the white lace to a sort of ecru color, by placing the lace in a plastic baggie and spritzing Khaki Glimmer Mist into the bag.  I mushed it around a bit until the color was absorbed, and then let it air dry.

The next card is for a baby boy.  Inspired By Stamping is releasing this most lovely alphabet set called Fancy Alphabet.  I stamped upper and lower case letters to create a vintage children's book-page vibe, and inked the edges of the panel.

On the card base, I stamped Delicate Doilies II repeatedly in different colors (listed at end of post) and inked the edges of that, too.

I just had to mix in some stamps from Oh, Baby! (available now in the store) to decorate the ribbons.  The pacifier, bottle and bib come from that set.  It's the sweetest baby set!

My last card showcases the versatility of another July release set:  Yummy Food Labels.  As the name suggests, this stamp set offers mix-and-match ways to create food labels.   And just look what else you can do with it!  The 'Gourmet' oval label is from the set.  I found free clip art of a vintage tomato sign and thought it highlighted this label perfectly.

I created my own monochromatic patterned paper by stamping a few of the words that come in the set, sometimes horizontally, sometimes vertically.  And that large tomato?  Just the same vintage clip art, enlarged and trimmed out.

Now, about that FREE shipping -- Friday through Saturday only, use the code freeshipping at checkout.  It's good on anything in the store!

Would you like a chance to win some BLOG CANDY??  You have two chances to win.  All you need to do is comment on each of the Design Team's blogs.
