Buttery Best Wishes

I made an anniversary card to have on hand and used some golden yellow pearly cardstock to create two hearts.  The fabric piece is from my wedding gown, believe it or not.  When I bought my dress many years ago, my seamstress friend was making some alterations on it and she had one of these pieces left over.  I hung onto it in my sewing box for.... 31 years.  LOL  Finally was time to put it to use somehow.  The sentiment is by American Crafts - Hip Stamp Hooray - "Occasions".  The background paper is digital, from an Etsy shop called Carol Kutz Designs.  I have quite a few of her color collections.

Thanks for coming by, have a blessed day!

  3. Ohhh, that beautiful yellow! I swoon! The lacy heart adornment adds a very special touch to the card. It would be hard to part with it!
