Quick and Easy Christmas Card

Hello everyone.  I want first to say thank you to all who left me comments on my last post, HERE.  Many of your comments made me cry.  It has been such an emotional year for my family.  I know that the prayers said on behalf of my daughter and our family have helped get us this far.  Thank you SO much!

Now, onto a quick and easy Christmas card.
The tree is from Stampin' Up!'s Wishing You Cheer, and the sentiment is from Mark's Finest Papers Time To Chill.  I drew a line around the card as a border to match the whimsical lines of the tree image.

Challenges entered:
This took so little time to make, I made three in an hour (or maybe less?).   Whoo hoo!

Thank you for joining me!

Colleen

Stamps:  Time to Chill - MFP; Wishing You Cheer - SU
Paper:  white - MFP
Ink:  Memento Tuxedo Black, Versafine Onyx Black - Tsukineko
Other:  Copic markers; black journaling pen - SU

  11. I love this card - so cute! I really like the sort of crooked line around it. I have tried doing that box thing and I would slip up towards the end or wobble a bit. So, this is totally perfect for me! Of course I might have to add some brads as ornaments to the tree. We have a new computer and I am way behind on my Emails. Chat later. Fun card!

  16. Hi Colleen

I'm playing catchup in blogland as I've been away sunning myself (lucky me)! Your recent makes are gorgeous (as always).

Just finished reading your earlier post about your daughter - gosh what a year you have had - I'm so pleased that you are coming out the other side and the remarkable steps forward that your daughter has made - I mean doing a presentation to your peers at that age - no wonder you are so PROUD - I feel proud of her too!!! So my dear friend sending you and your family big hugs from me.

Catch up with you very soon.
