Ink-spired Xmas

My friend Marisa Ritzen is on the design team at Inkspirations (now you know how I got my post's title!), and yet somehow, I have never played in their challenges.  Until today.
Here's the current color challenge:

And at Waltzingmouse, this is the sketch:

My interpretation --

When I first looked at the color palette, it did not say "Christmas" to me.  But I was determined to make it a Christmas card,  just so I can add another one to my pile!

I had to substitute Certainly Celery for Pear Pizzazz.  But I don't think you can really tell, can you?

I'm entering at Mark's Finest Papers, too, where you need to use a bow.  Does a ribbon count??  ;)

That's it for now.  Thanks for joining me!

Colleen

Stamps:  Perfect Presentation & Wishing You Cheer, both by SU
Paper:  Rich Razzleberry, Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White
Ink:  Whisper White craft, Rich Razzleberry, Certainly Celery
Punches:  1" circle
Other:  glitter, ribbon scraps, dimensionals, blue rhinestone by Queen & Co.

Thanks for playing along this week, Colleen! Love how you used the colours. The tree is adorable and I love the sparkle for the snow drifts.

Colleen, this is wonderful!! I totally agree with one of the other commenters--you really made this palette sing! It doesn't say Christmas to me, either, but you TOTALLY pulled it off. Fantastic work. I just love the sparkly snow you used, too. :)

Oh, a card with my fav color, Rich Razzleberry. I think this is a great mix of colors and you have made a fabulous card with them. I really like your icy ground...makes me shiver. Of course, that doesn't take much. LOL
