Eeeeek! Two of my four submissions to the Paper Crafts "Go-To Sketches For Card Makers" call were picked up! This special issue will hit newsstands August 9, 2011.
I had never submitted anything for publication before and am AMAZED that I got picked up on my first try. Still in happy shock, that's me. :) I spent ALL morning filling out the papers for Paper Crafts, and taking the time to write out the detailed supply lists and instructions. I've boxed up my creations and am heading for the post office now!
I also want to take a moment to accept an award from a fellow blogger named Tara Bilbao, of Tara Bee Ink. Thank you so much, Tara! Check out some of my faves of her cards here and here.
