Silver Wedding Rings

Hi. :-)  I looooove an all-white card, don't you?  But, with all that whiteness, you need some texture to make it extra appealing.

The details that bring this to the next level (all supplies listed at the end of this post):

  • a 'busy' embossed background
  • a lacy, filigree heart die cut
  • a wedding ring die cut, with the ring portion embossed in silver (I used a Versamark marker to get only that section covered)
  • one rhinestone gem

I am so glad you popped in today.  Hope you like the card!  Be blessed.

Paper: white - Papertrey Ink Ink: watermark - Versamark Marker - Tsukineko Accessories & Tools: Lacy Brocade embossing folder - Stampin' Up!; Precious Wedding Rings die - Memory Box; Large Doily Heart die - Simon Says Stamp; rhinestone - Queen & Co.

Soooooo glad you mentioned about the Versamarker. I was wondering how you managed that. Beautiful! I never seem to have good control over my Versamarker, but by golly I'm going to give it another try after seeing this. Really beautiful, Colleen. And, yes, I DO love an all white card with lots of texture!

Colleen, this is gorgeous! I love dry-embossed card bases, and this all white card is absolutely beautiful! (Speaking of all white, are you ready for the coming snow storm?)

Hi Colleen.....I'm back after being away for more than a month from my blog.
I LOVE your gorgeous card and I took a look at some I've missed. Of course, they are all beautifully done.
Hope all is well with you. Bet you have some snow.

Oh, I love this white card of yours! Sometimes it's quite tough to work with white (for me! ;) ) This one is so simple and at the same time there's nothing to add, it's perfect! :)

My husband and I had a particular vision for our wedding, and we were struggling to find the right venue, until we came across this place. I liked the Banquet Halls venue, the manager and his team are second to none.
