Pure Poppy

Hello, happy Monday! It's Colleen here with you to share a card for our Topflight Stamps "Anything Goes" week. I chose a beautiful poppy stamp from Crafty Individuals called Pretty Poppy. I stamped it on a scrap piece of white cardstock and colored the frame and flower with alcohol markers. Though it's hard to see in the photo, I added some glossy glue to the center of the flower to make it raised and shiny. And, since I breathe more deeply when I look at flowers, I thought it would be appropriate to use a "breathe" sentiment from PaperArtsy Scrapcosy 41 stamp set. There are many words in that set, and you can come up with so many combos/phrases. I stamped the word and used a small 'ticket' punch I had to create the perfect accompaniment to a beautiful poppy.
