AALL & Create Garden Scene
Hello! We are focusing on AALL & Create products at Topflight Stamps! Flowers and butterflies from AALL & Create Gravel Script Ephemera are the stars of the stage on my card. The background was created with several Lavinia Dye Inks, swiped on a piece of watercolor cardstock, then liberally spritzed with water. The colors I used are: Della Blue, Bermuda, Green Parrot, Pixie Green and Olive. When the piece was dry, I sprayed Lindy's Stamp Gang Fairy Fluff over it to create a sparkly scene. The final touch is a sentiment from Lavinia Sentiment Stickers - Uplifting Collection.

AALL & Create Quirky Post Birds
Hello! We've got an Anything Goes week at Topflight Stamps! I had fun with AALL & Create Quirky Postage die set to create a backdrop for little bird postage stamps from PaperArtsy Scrapcosy ESC19 set. I used two shades of purple cardstock with the postage dies and stacked them, arranging in sort of a quilt style. The birds were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, trimmed and colored with alcohol markers. I layered some of the stamps with foam adhesive tape to pop them up.

IndigoBlu Christmas Card
Hello! At Topflight Stamps this week our focus is on the brand, IndigoBlu! I used their Christmas Dictionary stamp - fabulous background. Love the old font. I stamped it in VersaFine Onyx Black on a neutral colored panel, and layered this panel on a red card base. The focal point is a trio of holly leaf postage stamps from AALL & Create's Carols and Cancellations, carefully trimmed and colored with alcohol markers. I created garlands with PaperArtsy Alison Bomber Mini 92 stamp, which features sprigs of mistletoe. I trimmed out the mistletoe from four stamped images, then touched them with various shades of brown inks and added a touch of glimmer from Lindy's Stamp Gang Pixie Dust.

Le Petit Dahlia
Hello! This week at Topflight Stamps we are using washi tape on our creations. I had fun with some AALL & Create Blooming Splodge #74 - gorgeous pink flowers on this one. I laid down a strip of the washi tape on scrap cardstock and glued it down so it has no chance of peeling up. Then I used a flower punch from my stash and punched out a couple to use on my card. Moving on to the card base, I positioned the PaperArtsy "Le Petit Dahlia" stencil over my card and brushed on Lavinia Truffle Dye Ink where the words appear near top and bottom. I used a pink ink from my stash for the dahlia itself, and this Lavinia Pink Elephant ink pad is a really good match for it. Then I cleaned the stencil, and took out some stenciling paste to highlight the word "PARIS" from it. Back to the washi tape, I used a piece of it to decorate the very bottom of the card front, added my punched flowers, and the final touch: pearls! Hunkydory Diamond Sparkles Precious Pearls are my favorite way to add some bling to cards! I used them on the washi tape punched flowers as well as surrounding the word "PARIS".

Painted Woodware Violas
Hello! This week at Topflight Stamps, our theme is the company Woodware. I chose to use their Viola stamp set, one of my faves! On a piece of recycled store-bought greeting card, cut to fit my card base, I painted a background that would nicely highlight the Violas. I used PaperArtsy Fresco Finish Koala paint to cover the evidence LOL and made a fresh, clean place to stamp the Viola. Once that was dry, I used Lindy's Stamp Gang Pixie Dust Spray randomly on the panel. And once that was dry, then stamped Viola in VersaFine Onyx Black ink on top. On a separate piece of paper, I painted PaperArtsy Fresco Finish Wisteria and let it dry, then stamped Viola there too so I could trim and paper-piece onto my card. I added a butterfly from AALL & Create Delicate Wings (fussy-cut and layered on), some gems from my stash, and inked the edges of the panel with Lavinia Graphite Dye Ink.

Flower Press Art Collection
Hello! This is an Anything Goes week at Topflight Stamps, and I am sharing a neutral colored card featuring Flower Press by AALL & Create again! On January 22nd, I used this same pretty stamp in a paper-pieced fashion. For today's card, I went with a sort of clean and simple look. On a piece of packaging I was hanging on to, I stamped the image with Versafine Onyx Black ink. I inked the edges of the panel with Lavinia Truffle Dye Ink, a rich brown. The panel was glued onto a kraft background card base. My little ephemera piece is a nest image from PaperArtsy Apple Blossom Edition by Alison Bomber, stamped in the Versafine Onyx Black, trimmed, and touched up around the edges with the Lavinia Truffle Ink. I used dimensional tape to adhere it onto the card, and underlined it with some floral embroidery trim from my stash.

AALL & Create Morning Glory
Hello everyone! After a hiatus, I am so happy to be back on the Topflight Stamps Design Team! I've got a fun card today to share with you. I had fun playing with PaperArtsy Fresco Finish Chalk Paints on some packaging I was about to discard. The paints covered up the cardboard package nicely! I used Taupe and Koala with a medium size dry paint brush directly onto the cardboard, and it dries fairly quickly. The AALL & Create "Flower Press" by Tracy Evans was stamped right onto the painted surface with Versafine Onyx Black Ink. Then I used Lavinia Snow White Chalk Paint to spatter on some spots. It was lovely as-is, but I decided to go a step further and do some paper piecing using the Craft Consortium Ink Drops "Ocean" paper pad to highlight the blossoms and a couple of leaves. LOVE how it turned out! Final touches were several Hunkydory Diamond Sparkle Silver Gemstones in random spots.
