Inspired by an Art Print

I saw this print at a doctor's office we've visited, and felt it would make a great card.  Please excuse the quality of the photo - it was taken with my cell phone:

I took out several punches and created my own version:

I mimicked the lines of the embossing with my punched black pieces.

Simple card, simple post.

Thanks for joining me!

Colleen

Paper:  River Rock, Very Vanilla, Basic Black - SU

Love love this, Colleen! This just shows how creative and inspiring you are! I love the embossed white background and the contrast of the images!! BEAUTIFUL!

Now when I go somewhere, I will always remember to look at things in a different way :) PS: My DH is a family doc, I wonder if the painting in his waiting room will inspire someone... :)

I need to start looking for the inspiration that surrounds me! You always do a fabulous job finding that inspiration and then transferring it to your own creations. Beautiful card, Colleen!

Simply wonderful! You still could play around with it some more with some stamps too with a small bird stamp or something. Fun! Love the touch of the pearl for the eye! I need something more than just inspiration lately! Great job as usual!
