If you find it in the dryer, use it on a card!

Hello again.  :-)  Yes, I've used something I found in my dryer on this card:  gemstones.  They fell off my cardigan sweater, and I'm okay with it.  The sweater had oodles and oodles of gems along the opening, so I won't miss these.  And, actually, I think they were glued on anyway.  Humph!  The quality of clothing today is lousy compared to that in the past.

I kept the card simple, with a 'hello' die from Memory Box atop a punched-border kraft panel, so that it looks like one piece.

Thanks so much for your visit today!

Stamps: none! Paper: white, kraft - PTI Accessories & Tools: Double Embossed Dotted Lace punch - EK Success; gems from my sweater; 'hello' die - Memory Box

Simply but defnitely stunning. I love this. A bit of monochromatic and the idea to top off the border with a sentimentcut from the same paper is fab.
The story behind the gemstones made me laugh. But you are right; the quality of clothes is not great nowadays. If you're looking for something good you have to spend quite some money...

This is really so very cute and simple you can't help but love it! I was certain I was going to see some imaginative use for dryer lint when I read your title. Can't say I'm disappointed, tee hee!
