Just a single card to share in this post. This was an anniversary card I made for my husband. He didn't get it at first, he thought these were radishes. They're beets! On the inside of the card, I hand-wrote, "My heart beets for you." Punny, I know. 😂
It's a super simple card, with the focus on these ruby red beets. The white heart die cuts form a backdrop for the vivacious veggies, and I didn't think there was a good spot for a sentiment on the front of the card at all, so I left it as is.

Ha! Well, you know, they could be radishes... I remember them as beets, though. Love this set, love your pretty white card with a pop of color. Perfect sentiment inside, too.
Oh Colleen I have enjoyed all your wonderful posts this past few weeks. This one tickled my funny bone. at first I thought they were radishes too and then I thought about the hearts and then knew they were beets! So right up my alley. I have definitely been thinking about you and then all these wonderful posts showed up. Trying to come up with a special birthday card for us and a few others who celebrate with us.
