Father's Day Leaves

Hello!  I needed one more Father's Day card, from the kids to their dad, and I whipped this up this morning. I used PLENTY of cheats:  I just dig into my $1.00 Scrap Bags from my Stampin' Up! demo, and the card just about makes itself!

I do not know the name of the (retired) patterned papers, but they are from SU.  The leaves, from Gently Falling, were already stamped; I just trimmed each one.

The button is from a pair of pants that no longer fit me - hooray!  (it was a spare button, tacked to the inside of the waistband)  The raffia is from my stash.

Challenges I'm entering:

Enjoy your day....I hope it's a beautiful one!

Dimensions: 4" x 5.25"
Stamps: Purely Sentimental - Verve; Gently Falling leaves - SU
Paper: Very Vanilla, More Mustard, Chocolate Chip, ass't patterned papers - SU
Ink: Chocolate Chip - SU
Fibers: raffia ribbon
Other: button; Key Tag punch - SU

Hey! I recognize all those components -- and you did a beautiful job of putting them together. I've got lots of $1 bags ready for my sale! 'Can't wait to see what you do with them. XO Gail XO

Love your card Colleen, the colours are so pretty as is the design. It has cooled right down here and we have had some amazing storms.... the button and ribbon really add uniqueness (is that a word)?
