My Crafty Kids

I like it when my kids want to stamp with me.
Last week, my girls decided against playing in any challenges and just wanted to do whatever their hearts desired.

My 12-year-old came up with this scenic card:
It's a depiction of what her storefront will look like when she is a famous fashion designer someday. She used a topiary stamp from Close to My Heart, and an umbrella from SU's Blooming with Happiness. Everything else she drew or punched.
And my 8-year-old created a serene, "thinking of you" card.
She used a couple of my beloved Anna Griffin stamps and a Stampin' Up! set, too. When I told her that crowns are a popular image right now, she said, "Oooh, I can't wait to see how many comments I get!" She's as addicted to comments on the blog and Splitcoaststampers as her mommy is. :)
Thanks so much for stopping by to look at my kids' cards. I really appreciate it!

Happy Stamping,
Colleen

Wow, your girls are taking after their talented Mum! I love both these cards. When your daughter is a famous designer remind her I liked her cards when she was younger so she can give me a discount, lol!
