Play Date Cafe 122 - Delightful

Charcoal, Butter and Ash are the new colors this week at The Play Date Cafe.  I love this palette!  It so happens that the DCWV Lemon Flower Stack goes reaalllly well with it, so I chose all my papers from that tablet.

The yellow rose die cut is from Anna Griffin (sigh).  I have a sheet of these and this is the first time I've used anything from it.  One of those hoarding things, you know.  ;)

The stamp is from Fiskars All Year Greetings, which I tend to use often.  It's such a versatile set.

One lucky player will receive the prize from Simon Says Stamp for this challenge!  What a huge online store they have.  For more details on the prize, visit The Play Date Cafe, and check out the whole team's creations, too.

Thanks for visiting!  It's so nice of you to come by.

This is so beautiful. Love the dp you used. I would have to hoard those flowers away with my many others too, lol. Oh I cannot wait to see American Idol. My DH just got a new video game and I think we will be catching up a couple weeks worth now, lol.

I have to admit, I read your blog yesterday and forgot to post a comment because I went to check out that Jessica Sanchez video. OMG! That girl has a fantastic voice! My DH said it even brought tears to his eyes.

Girl this card is just so gorgeous! I love the DP and color combo. The flower, medallion and pins are the perfect finishing touch.

The blocked off paper with the lace makes a great backdrop for that beautiful diecut and yellow rose. Just beautiful, Colleen!

This is gorgeous! I have been away for 10 days and am finally getting caught up on what I missed while I was gone! I just started scrolling down from the Peacock post - you have been a busy lady while I was on vacation! You create such beautiful cards!

And I missed this one, too?? Geesh, was I really out of action this long? I just don't get how time can fly by like this--and I'm not even sure how I've been spending my time. Yikes!!

Anyway, this is one amazing card! Love this color combo. You really knocked it out of the park! And you picked out a wonderful collection of elements to make this pretty and put them together "just so" to make it perfect. Lovely!
